Both academically and in his work, Rafe takes a particular interest in finding
imaginative and innovative ways to address organizational problems and issues.
His areas of expertise include assessment and selection, performance management, employee relations, change management, and the study of organizational behavior. He also specializes in all aspects
of research including research design, data analysis and advanced statistical
methods. Previous research has included the role of job satisfaction on intentions
at work, psychological factors which affect work performance, stress at work
and a comprehensive experiment into the factors which affect employee turnover
rates in organizations.

Rafe is an experienced Management and
HR Consultant. He has provided consulting services and support for organizational
effectiveness projects in many Fortune 500 caliber companies. His expertise in
the use of web-based 360-degree feedback and performance management tools is reinforced
by his pragmatic approach and comprehensive consulting experience.
Rafe has a Bachelor's degree (BS with honors) in Psychology and a Master's in Industrial/Organizational
Psychology from The University of London, England. He is also qualified to administer
and score various occupational personality and aptitude tests. Rafe is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is recognized as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) by WorldatWork, the Professional Association for Compensation, Benefits and Total Rewards.
